I learn a lot from you Gabriel. Thankyou so so much for all the effort you put in. I hope one day to become a formidable adversary and to pass this knowledge onto my children so they may to be able to protect themselves. That is in large part to you. I wanted you to know. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have already given me

Thanks Gabriel! You're entire channel is Chessmaster Gold! And I,m studying it all now like a beast! I'm a power type fighter and reactionary and never gave much thought to the beauty of martial art, but all of your approach is perfect for me.

I'm a very head movement based guy I love just standing there dodging loads of punches but I also like to be aware of the risks. that technique of throwing the punch to get them to move their head and then throwing the kick so they practically move their head into the kick is an interesting one. I might use that piece of information to improve my head movement as I can try to bait that kick with head movement and then counter it.

Watching these videos makes me understand why I've always sucked at sparring (never even dreamed of attempting an actual fight). It's because all that I've ever done is practice isolated techniques. Never have I had the coaching to teach me how to "fight". That's not to disparage all of my former instructors, as I've learned an enormous amount from them. It is just that these types of tactics being demonstrated where just never really practiced.

Hey Gabriel, could you do a video of what things you should be analyzing when reviewing videos of fights that you’ve WON? I feel it’s obvious to see flaws in fights that you’ve lost, but not always so much when it comes to the ones you’ve won.

Now these are some amazing techniques Gabriel, the most useful of these for me, were the first, and the second technique, and the technique you can use too, is to high kick to the head, if your opponent opens ups, and you, while backing up, throw the high kick, or you can lean on the ring ropes or the cage, to land a high kick KO, like we saw Superbon do to Giorgio Petrosyan, when Petrosyan, faded back, with his hands low!

i remember many years ago i did that stepping back and made my training partner come forward then i threw a spinning heel kick, went right over the top of his head but very effective move indeed, thanks for your content champ, always great

Hey Gabriel, what do you think about circuit training for kickboxing like one weight lift then cardio for 30 secs each and 8 exercises in total maybe 3-4 sets
