Feel the burn 🔥🔥🔥 Who's ready for a harder kicking workout? Or was this hard enough?

Pretty hard (namely the 100 kicks), but we want to challenge ourselves, so bring it on! :-)

Great video Gabriel! loved the first kicking workout and loved this one. Would definitely tune in for the next one if you were to make it. Thanks for the content even if it is painful at times haha

Thank you so much! Love both parts 1 and 2. This one pushed me up to the limits, I have to and will work more on the obliques, balance and flexibility. Greetings from Germany!

Nice! My best friend and I made a Challenge to learn the Spinning wheel Kick/Hook Kick within a month. Maybe this will help✌️ I'm doing Muay Thai but I want to learn this kick for fun and as an extra to my arsenal. Thank you.

That's great to have in the arsenal. I'll try and get a video together on how to throw it properly.

Thats the one I was looking for and here is my answer explaned about balancing or not . Just on question can I do this everyday or is that to much ?

I think I'll start doing some of these videos. Do you have any advice for non-fighters who maybe one day want to find a martial arts program, but can't because of cost/covid? Also, I kind of don't want to get hit in the head a lot, my ability to solve difficult problems is what I need to survive on financially. I'd like to just develop my fighting skills to a degree where if I found myself in a situation, I would be able to have somewhat developed instincts to manage. Also, I wanted to say, I REALLY like your humble/chill straightforward, hard working attitude, but where it's not in your face, or the pompous "I work 80 hours a week, I work way harder so I deserve X." Excellent role model, it's inspiring, quite frankly.

Thanks so much. Hmmm. I'd say it would definitely be more difficult getting really good at martial arts without someone looking over your technique and giving you corrections occasionally. But if you're not looking to fight and are aiming to get better for self defence I'd say keep training with the online videos and build your skills until you head into a gym. Definitely check out my technical kickboxing guides that I've posted recently. There is a beginner and intermediate and those are good building blocks for now. There are probably some other great striking introductions out there too.

Thanks for the great workout! :-) I naively thought to try the whole thing without a chair - but then came the 100 kicks! :-D One observation to take or leave: I've been taught that balance practice (the 2nd half of this video) should generally come before power exercises (the 1st half) to avoid exhausting the muscles before training balance.

Hey @GabrielVargaOfficial can you make one of these for advanced?

Very nice video. I used it today on my 7-year old son (I tagged you on IG). I got him in a MMA school this summer and it is pretty cool but I want him to focus more on kicks. I just subscribed here, btw. Keep up the fantastic job!

Gabe I can do all this BUT the head kick slowly and hold is hard. I can basically do splits, but the strength to hold it high is so hard. Any tips to obtain that? As well as Any tips to increase hook kick height. Thanks

Doing muaythai but actually can't hyperextend my legs. The feeling when trying to extend them is like a solid rope that isn't long enough. But the leg is not straight, it's a little under the knee

Try rolling out the area. I'll had pain there before and it is no fun. I have a video on rolling out the body. Check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpC0npKuaKurj9k
