Respected Guru Bhai, This is to inform you that i am following your Pure Mass programme along with recently introduced Gainers.here you have suggested that we need to consume 1 Ltr of water. My Gym trainer says that water in the middle of exercise is not good as it slow down your muscle and your muscle do not grow because of the same. Request you to share your feedback on the water intake during the exercise in the said programme. Thanks

hi gurumann sir, first of all I want to thank u for ur different program and I like the way u explain the exercise and nutrition program.i am from India & started gyming 1 year ago in sep2018 and till now I m regular and enjoying the same . started following ur program 3months back . I have a major problem of gas formation from egg and whey protein , more over i have started both from the age of 40 before that I have never tried both the items. so how to get relief of gas formation. and is there any way I can contact u and get guidance/program for my future gyming and nutrition as per my body structure . thanks & regards.
