This is the best program to begin with I tried this program myself got great results went from 52 kg to 63 kg in a year Program sequence I followed are 1) 5x5 2) pure mass 3) mass up ( phase 1) 4)mass up (phase 2) 5) lean mode (since I am skinny fat type)

Hi Master, Can you help me with proper warm up exercises which is really important and most of the gym experts forget to explain the warm up and stretching exercises (pre and post workout) that needs to be done before workout. can we change the schedule into 6*4 that means 4 sets of 6 reps first 3 with normal increment and last with Max increase? and I would further like to know about if we can use protinex in the shake instead of boost ?

Hello guru sir, you are sincere trainer on you tube, i trust you and follow you. please guide me regarding uneven chest pecs, iam right handed, i started gym 4 months ago, i gain muscles but my left Pec is little bigger than right pec, also lowerside of left is round but right side pec not round. I tried cable flies and dumbells using double weight on my right side(small pec) to exert more force on it, i have been doing this for 2 months but right pec looks smaller. Please guide me what i do, id possible make video on it. Thanks alot your well wisher. plz reply As soos as posible.

Great sir I want to know I got disc bulg in c5 c6 and radiant to trap and shoulder I was professional body builder in Punjab but now I living in uk but I got pain physio suggest me start train I start but while doing exercise I got start pain left side shoulder and near chest and right side trapezes gets pain so please advise how I can fix and I am vegan thanks &regards
