The increasing acne from weight gainers is interesting... as they are almost always loaded with seed oils. Brad Marshall has research on this in that poor converters of Linoleic Acid are protected against obesity, but at the expense of increased inflammation. Acne is a form of skin inflammation. I was not carefully eating restaurant food during a vacation (seed oils) and towards the end, I couldn't eat anything because my stomach was so inflamed. I also didn't gain any weight. Efficient converters of Linoleic to downstream molecules are more prone to obesity though.

Yeah, but how do you increase carbs with only fruit and honey on a muscle building/athletes diet? You obviously need more carbs in order to build more muscle since muscles are primarily glycogen and water(the rest being protein and fat cells)Correct me if I’m wrong, but our sugars would go through the roof eating only honey and fruit and even the most in shape person would eventually suffer pancreas and kidney issues.

For those that aren't big eaters, that could be true, but some of us can put down a LOT of food. For those struggling to gain weight, it would be important to prioritize fattier cuts of meat, and eat calorie dense fruits as well.
