Priceless trip learning from Paul and his team. It’s amazing how healthy a body can be just from the basics we covered. We also did a full diet and exercise protocol with exact steps, reps, etc., which will come out here on KZbin. Quite a powerful recipe in a world lacking common sense. Thanks to everyone watching this and educating others on natural means of health, even when the powers that be have tried to squash us.

After 2 yr carni and having small windows of ' dirty carni ' where i ate some rice, honey, full cream and some fruits with my daily steak i found that within a week or two i found the return of appetite that was very strong. When this happened i would stop all the carbs and honey and the next week or so i was in another detox withdraw and very uncomfortable, sleep not good, redness in my face and dry skin. I've watched and listened and even put in practice this way of eating but for some people the damage is done and the thought of ever being able to tolerate the heavy heat burden and toxic by-products of using kindling for fire from the consumption of carbs for energy is just not possible anymore. For me personally, i feel great on meat alone and tinkering with feeling great by 'trying' to add these foods back in is simply not worth it.

Just some food for thought regarding your "It's better to be a human near the equator" comments in the beginning: Humans near the equator evolved less resilient and with a lower IQ because those features conferred not as much of a selective advantage on them as it did with humans living in climates with changing weather conditions. So the only reason why you can enjoy the easy life now is because your ancestors decided not to live the easy life and move to somewhere cold. I'm not saying you shouldn't live there, in fact I'm also planning to move out of northern Europe, but I just wanted to push back on the "those are the optimal living conditions for humans" idea. If we always decided to live in conditions of optimal comfort we would have never gotten anywhere.

@@ENGRAINING I'm not saying there's no disease near the equator, just that it's an easier environment to survive in. And that "optimal" does not follow automatically from "easy/easier". @@ENGRAINING Mosquitoes used to be a problem in Europe too, but we have largely eliminated those diseases and the adverse effects of our environment through technology. But evolutionarily that is a very recent development. Our ancestors evolved during very different conditions. And an environment which has an evenly warm climate for most of the time is easier to survive in (i.e. requires less adaptation) than one that oscillates between warm and cold or is completely frozen for parts of the year.
