Instructions for Recipe:
2kg Carrots peeled
200gms Sugar
Cook both for 25 minutes on medium to low heat
add 1cup of clarified butter and cook for 10 minutes
add 250gms of khoya and fried nuts and cook for more 25 minutes
serve hot, garnish with khoya chunks and fried nuts
