Many of these stories are describing actions happening on a very small surface of a planet . Are the authors aware of how large a planet is actually is ? I was a big fan of Star Gate. And still am. But ... a village on a planet ? Like a small dot on the map ? Aliens invading something and getting stopped by 1 person , or a small group ? What kind of " invasion " are we talking about ?
