Another theory-- Arya, after seeing the play a dozen times, noted the Player Robert Barantheon used a squib in his costume that his "guts" fell out. Arya mat have modified the squib to pour actual blood (pigs bladders filled with pig's blood were used frequently in Shakespearen productions). Hence hinting that this is all a setup.

the scene with the hound and the priest isnt about the hounds hugeness, its about our point of view of him. the hugeness represents his i dont care, his defensive and harsh behavior against others. this image left a big impression, but the priest left the scene big because he thought he left a big impression on the hound.

Yeah well there is a lot of shock in seeing her get mortal knifing of the liver, complete with blade twist that would be fatal without surgical intervention within minutes in the 21stcentury and 100% fatal in a game of thrones putative time period. That generates valid disbelief. Hence the theories. But from what I understand of the books and the show, faces are only taken from the dead so all the theories that it is someone else wearing her face are counter to the establishes GoT facts too.

Great analysis, as ever. However i disagree with The Hound's "gravedigging" as a negative aspect of religion. I think it has a symbolic narrative as to he now helps people rest (as in the books, he is mentioned as "at rest"). I feel it has almost the same meaning as Arya delivering "peace" to people who come to the House of Black and White. Plus, in books Sandor seems more peaceful and calm. Cheers :)
