Boxing fans haven’t had a great many games to choose from in recent years, but Steel City Interactive’s Undisputed has looked like a promising prospect since it was first unveiled.
The game has, of course, spent over a year in early access, during which it has continued to receive updates and improvements based on feedback from players, and now, Undisputed is finally ready to release in full.
The boxing sim is approaching its full release not long from now, which will also be accompanied by its debut on consoles. fight night 04 was the best, the knock outs where yo could keep hitting the opponent in ways to keep him standing up till he fell was genius. the sound track was amazing. if I would buy a ps2 it would be for that game only...

Sucks that CAFs are so badly limited. Your stats are so bad that you can't be competitive no matter who you are fighting. You are forced to make the worst boxer in the game. Tired of offline play always being screwed over just because some kids who play online want the game to be "balanced" for them (i.e. they want to use the best boxer in the game and have easy fights against CAFs with stats that are significantly lower on everything).

From the looks of it, with the updated fluidity of the punches along with the impact, that lean is going to have to be upgraded. Right now, pressing the stick like a button is not intuitive and fluid enough to evade what looks like smooth quick flowing punches.

I'm very sceptical for the 'full' release of this game. Things that I think from right now with the current build of the game in early access that imo need to be addressed. > Stun window or counter window, its too long > Blocking functionality, clearly not working as intended + Could that be because the game has a serious issue with netcode? > Networking needs to be improved its very laggy > The fighters within the game, simple put not enough to select + Adding to this, there are a fair number but most of these ppl aren't worth picking > Balancing within the game + Some fighters just simply put feel overpowered and have exploits to them i.e. Ali hook spam, Fury spamming jab straight > Clear favoured approach to running jab and move, fighting negatively + This can feel frustrating for many people, it wastes peoples time + There are no mechanics to counter this i.e. inside fighting + This builds further upon the game having a rather linear approach its dependent on the ppl you fight + So overall there is a low skill gap to the game because of this

People just complain to much, I’ve played the game on my pc and will also play it on console. The game is not that bad considering it’s a brand new IP. Yes the game has some issues but people act like it’s the worst game ever created and that’s simply just not true. If the developers stick with it and continue to improve on the foundation they’ve built this game will be very promising. It definitely can become a household named game just like Madden and 2k give them time. All of these sports games we have now for the most part have been out for 20+ years and still have tons of problems. Support these guys like you do all of these big name companies, be patient and we’ll have a great game in the next couple of years.

It has its flaws, But if you are tactical. Use all types of punchin and moving. Step back. Side steps, faints. This game is very very fun. Some flaws are, suck a** slow motion when tired. Make punches weaker when tired, not super slow mo. Getting up from k/down in the same spot. Cut/swelling is weird, rarely happens. Better announcers or at least make them have more lines. Too repetitive right now. Give us option to have announcers in the small venues.

I’ve had it on pc since EA …it is good but I was disappointed with career.ring entrances are too short, no robes And when you win any of the championship belts you never see the boxer with them I.e ring walk and victory celebration Graphics are decent enough but the dancing about the ring and jabbing like Ali isn’t as good as fnc.
