Great idea with wall drives, firing that knee up as hard and fast as possible and PAUSING to feel hip flexors working. Great way to emphasize form when doing exercise. Definitely going to incorporate this into my sprint drills before doing cardio

I have an 8 year old son and he weight 60lbs. What’s the best way to help him improve his speed. His acceleration is good he ran a 1.9 in 10 yards. But he is struggling with increasing his top speed. He runs a 6.7 40 time. I started letting him lift light weight to increase his leg strength.
