सर जी ,8 दिन से मैं ये योगा कर रही हु,दो महीने से मै इस कदर तकलीफ थी क्या ही बताउ,मुझे हाॅस्पीटल जाना था, लेकिन मै जाना नही चाहती थी,बस यु ही बैठे बैठे मैने आपका विडियो देखा,और कमेन्ट भी पढे , कमेंट में काफि लोगों को रिलिफ मिला पढकर अच्छा लगा,और मैने उसी दिन से योगा करना शुरू किया,मुझे बहोत दर्द था हाथ और गर्दन में बहोत दलायी खायी थी लेकिन कोई आराम नहीं था।आज मै बिल्कुल ठिक हु,दिल से शुक्रिया आपका ❣️❣️❣️मैने आपकि विडियो सेव कि हु,यु ही आप आगे बढे मेरी यही शुभकामनाएं है

CT scan etc... Doc said there is nothing serious... But still eveyday i got whole body pain... Neck.. Shoulder pain.. Back pain headache etc.. I have to take pain killer everyday.. Am tired with this unhealthily life... So sir.. I need your help... So i want to try yoga if it's work.... So in that case... What should i do??
