आप एक्सरसाइज दो तरीके से बताते है वो बहुत अच्छा है जिसको नही जमेगा वो कर सकता है ऐसा भी बहुत अच्छा है पहली बार मैने ऐसा एक्सरसाइज देखा है बहुत ही अच्छा है दिल से आपका धन्यवाद दो हप्तो मे 2 किलो वजन घट गया 👌👌🤗🤗

Hello Saurabh Sir... I am your regular follower ..I MN always attended your yoga challenge.. From few days ..I hv neck pain..but little different from regular..I hv pain just below the skull on left side ..which going downwards to neck n restrict my movement....pain killers are working .. but still hv the feeling of pain .. Can I do these exercises..pls pls suggest .it will be a great help 🙏🏻
