Thank you for nice comment! This year was very busy year and I didn't have as much time I wanted for recordings and editing. That's why they are and will be some more slide shows. Also comments like yours will give me a clear insight in what people would like to watch. How do you come around the "non combustible materials within 1m from the boundary" rule?

Depends from area to area. Local authorities see that rule differently unfortunately. As far as I understand it, structure has to comply with 30 mins fire resistance, similar as rule for loft conversions and roof dormers within 1m to boundary.
