Thank you! I did get some new pots with holes, so just have to re-pot them. The orchard is amazing in the fall! The little critter in the morel patch was a baby fox - my dad was able to catch it in a live trap and take it a few miles away, so hopefully it has found something new to snack on and doesn't return!!! Hope you are having a great summer - any fun plans for les vacances?!

Beautiful! Hint on the lavender, it likes poor soil, so rich potting soil it will not do well in, ask how I know 😁 I finally mixed sand into my crappy clay , not too much water after it takes and look it grows! My peas were a disappointment all my greens now bolted, makes for new seeds, but got the most beautiful chard gowing. Win some, loose some.

Haha yes, my lavender is just begging for me to abuse it, I guess! We finally started to get peas and they're been abundance and delicious! No beans yet, but I'm thinking very soon - they have the prettiest little blossoms right now. My little balcony herb garden has been amazing (and the kitties loooove the catnip - it looks absolutely terrible now because they munch on it and rub themselves on it whenever I am out there with them). Hope you are having a great summer!

Some cardboard has the chemical boron in it. I am very picky about composting any brown material. Little bit of craft paper is enough.
