Garden gate and parklane are quite small. Being able to have 12’ ceiling is awesome however. When I spoke to the sales agent about Cesena iirc he said elevation B/C have the 12’. I don’t like elevation C in cesena because of the pitched ceiling. I personally can’t stand it. It’s the reason I won’t consider tri pointe. Looking forward to your Cesena video. Great job listing room dimensions and also listing included features. I also like when you list pricing of upgrades too. The cost discrepancy between the electric and gas fireplace is insane. Iirc gas was $27k and electric was like $6k or something. This kitchen is the standard cooktop/oven?

I thought of you when filming the Cesena with elevation C as that ceiling was extremely pitched in the main living area. I only list the pricing when the sales representative provides me with the pricing. The The next video coming up is the Genoa floor plan followed by the Cesena!
