Girl I’m with you on the no kids part! Don’t be ashamed of that because there is a lot more folks out there than you think that want that kind of life. Its all about what makes you and your husband happy. I like to think of my garden and animals as kids anyway. 😉

what an utter shame that people today don’t want children. You have no idea the joy you’re depriving yourself of: the pitter patter of little feet, the giggling, watching them grow and develop, watching personalities and senses of humor come online, and even the whining and the fits are all part of the wonderful experience of being a parent. I have patients that decided not to have children, and that are at the end of their life, and deeply regret that void in their life.

The world today is not set up to have kids. It is way to expensive and the earth is die ing so why bring more stress into ur life. Also like my daughter & her partner think. Way to many people and way too many kids who need to adopted

@@glomontero6011 What a nihilistic perspective. You believe a lie. The world is not over-populated, that's a leftists mindset - which is upside-down and backward from reality. You and your family need Jesus.

Yes! Love the Q & A. Keep up the good work. My daughter will be turning 30 next May '25. You have the same beautiful hair. Anyways, She did not want children either but her husband did. They compromised on one. Now she's absolutely loving motherhood. However it is very stressful in today's world. It's not for the faint at heart. Fortunately she has a very strong husband and a grasp on her faith.

Two purchases have upped my garden game so much. 1) QALO silicone “wedding” ring. I am in the garden constantly and my husband is an electrician. We both wear them now and it’s been perfect. 2) I sent an IG DM of a picture of this on your IG, but the biggest garden game changer for me and squash bugs, pillbugs, and earwigs was a kid’s science vacuum. It EASILY vacuum’s up the adults, larvae, and eggs. Then I dump the live bugs into my chicken coop and the girls go to town. I literally vacuumed up hundreds of squash bugs within a few days and now it is so easy when one or two show up. I have probably about 80-100 different summer and winter squash going and I am no longer grumbly when I head out to the garden!!

I found you on Instagram a few days ago and I became instantly addicted to your videos. You inspired me to try to grow vertically this year. I also have chickens (18) and a rooster. And by the way I love your gardening outfits, specially the pants.

I want an A-frame house, too! Also, that is awesome that you ended up pursuing your dream job after having to leave your other job. Every time I go into my 9 to 5, I sort of think, okay well if they let me go today, then I'll just pursue my dream job...so hopefully they let me go LOL. This was great! Definitely had a fun time getting to know you in this vid. Can't wait for your next vid!

Arn't A-frames the best!!! I MUST have one at some point in my life lol. and thank you so much!! Its defiantly one of those blessing in disguise moments. The loss of income is never fun, but the journey has been so worth it!!

I just been recommended your channel so this is my first video. I just wanted to say that I really respect you and your husband deciding that children aren't in your future. So many people feel like they have to have kids. I don't have children for a few reasons the first being unable to have biological children, my ex fiance abused me in all ways possible so I never married and now I'm 44 and I'm too sick to be a solo Mum. I did become a teacher and a foster Mum until I was too sick. All I wanted growing up was to be a Mum but somethings are not meant to be.

My first year attempting to garden and this has become my favorite, most relatable channel. Keep it up! Also, in my second year living full time on my own online business, the dream is worth it and there is no way your channel doesn't boom!

Mine was the first question!! 🥰 I’m originally from Kansas and will someday return to Kansas to be closer to family but for now I really enjoy watching what you’re doing there! And I love your dream. Out here in Colorado A frames are pretty popular for cabins. I too love a good a-frame. Blessings to you and your garden season!

Such a good question! Thank you for asking!! And we eloped in Colorado and stayed in a A-frame there!! Hands down sold me on wanting one for my own! I’ve always been obsessed, but never was in one until we went there and did that! I’d love to live in Colorado, what a beauty spot! Thank you, same to you this year!!

Finding this video/your channel late but I thought this was funny, I didn't know what Goldy honey bear sunflowers looked like so I googled it and a picture of you holding them comes up lol. Also, loving your channel, I am currently going through all your videos. Just finished my second year of gardening!

@@itsbreellis Glad to hear! I visited a few times and loved it. I don't know anybody there so it's exciting but also a little nerve-wracking, but I'm getting an acre there so I'm really looking forward to applying the knowledge you're spreading when I get there:)

Idk who would get married but you don't want children?? Seems strange, we don't see your husband, I'm just gonna be real, "you" don't want kids , seems your doing this gardening and channel to consume the mind especially a woman's mind who has a biological clock. (A psychologist I analyze everything) just seems weird

Why do you care what she chooses to do with her life? You are a judgemental person. Hope you arent a parent!
