Gargoyles are a wild elemental from the Elemental Plane of Earth. They take great joy in violence and prefer to inflict terror and suffering on their victim before the latter dies. When not murdering, gargoyles can be found lurking among statues, waiting for the perfect moment to surprise the unwary.
