I enjoyed this- tomorrow I’ll be baking my own. :) Did you find that you were able to dry off the fruit enough?

I'm not sure. The biscuits seemed quite crisp when I got them out but softened as they cooled. So perhaps I should have squeezed out more of the liquid, though I felt that defeated the purpose of soaking them in the first place! Let me know what you do and how it goes!
