I'm originally from Long Island and moved to Tennessee in 2015. I love Tennessee BUT, there's just somethings that ya just can't get here! I've learned to make my own bagels and now I'm definitely gonna try your stuffed garlic knots like we use to get at uncle giuseppes! Thanks Joe 😊

If anyone hasn't bought this olive oil you are really missing out. This is the best tasting ever. Don't be fooled into thinking they are all the same, they are not. Just get one bottle and you will see.

I've wanted to buy it but they don't ship it to Canada. Luckily I can get some excellent oil at the local Italian grocery store.
@charlottekearn51855 жыл бұрын
@@Retromags_Brian I'm sorry to hear that. To make sure you are getting a quality olive oil make sure of 2 things. 1---it has the harvest date on the label..2---it has the specific region also on the bottle. Some expensive oils have a use by date and the oil can come from anywhere, this is mostly the case. If it doesn't have harvest and region expect it to be inferior. Good olive oil is not easy to find.

@@charlottekearn5185 The store I go to stocks a lot of good olive oils. The one I always get is by Frantoi Cutrera. They always have a harvest date and the lot number on all their varieties. The other ones I get also have that information.
@charlottekearn51855 жыл бұрын
@@Retromags_Brian sounds like you already know good olive oils. Most people just get the cheapest one they can find, I used to do that before I got informed. Happy cooking!!! For your health you can also take a TBS straight from the bottle everyday. Gosh, I'm beginning to sound like your mother.😁

His friends have asked for my hand in marriage in front of their wives and my husband.... and trust me it wasn't about my good looks or svelte figure lol It was after homemade ravioli, garlic bread and cannoli.... and their wives totally understood. :o) ,

@Cookingitalianwithjoe5 жыл бұрын
Justine Chamelle some will come out and that’s ok. Make sure to make a little flat cup of the pizza dough when you make it. Also make sure it rises again and it will help seal some Of the cheese. Much will stay in and some will Pool around and stick to the knot.

Even though some of us may like using salted butter for this recipe, why did you say “Unsalted if possible” still? Does that mean that we can’t use salted if we like it in here?
