I've been praying for the last year for certain circumstances to happen and they never did and I have been so let down about them at times. And just today I got a phone call for something I was not expecting that blows all of the other circumstances out of the water. And now listening to this song and your reaction which I have not heard this song and well over 10 years. It's almost like everything clicked and God is looking me right in the face and saying "see I told you"

I think this is the real garth!!! Few folks get real Garth unless they watch a live, but this one sounds like him! A great song about all the times we think we really want something and we don't understand why it doesn't happen. But God is watching over us.

This is him. I can tell it. I've listened to him enough to know the real deal from covers.

There's a song by garth called Mom and its about a conversation of God and an unborn child. Its a beautiful song and im sure someone will request it one of these days. I sang garths song mom live a couple years ago and made my cousin cry cause he misses his mama.

In interviews, Dunn and Wiseman have both spoken openly about the inspiration behind “Believe.” For Dunn, the song was inspired by his own experiences with faith and spirituality.

3:25 he gets it, then looses it... Do you think the first humans just got it, or did it take trial and error to learn?... Our learning is handed down to us, but we also learn mistakes they learn... Just love all you can from the heart, that's how the world changes by YOUR example to the next generation...

Sux that Garth pulls his music from KZbin but his music is amazing! My rockin’ favorites from Garth are That Summer; Standing Outside the Fire; Ain’t Goin’ Down (‘Til the Sun Comes Up); Callin’ Baton Rouge; Rodeo; and Two of a Kind, Workin’ on a Full House. My emotional favorites of his are If Tomorrow Never Comes; Unanswered Prayers; Wolves; What She’s Doing Now; The River; Learning to Live Again; That Ol’ Wind; Somewhere Other Than The Night; Much Too Young (To Feel This Damn Old); The Dance; She’s Every Woman; and In Lonesome Dove. But his most powerful songs are Mom; The Thunder Rolls; The Night I Called The Old Man Out; We Shall Be Free; and The Change.

First...... Congratulations on finding a Garth Brooks song that isn't a cover. That is nearly an impossible feat on KZbin. I won a karaoke contest singing this song. Ever since then I don't trust anybody's opinion on music...... because I'm terrible.

Just be the best (in a good way) version of YOU that you can be. If you are religious, how does that hurt you? If you aren't religious, how does that hurt you? Peace, Love!!

I tell people all the time, God does answer prayers with no. If you pray for something that he doesn't want you to do or a road he doesn't want you to take, dont think he going to say yes .
@stonewall0110 ай бұрын
I love this song. On a serious note I don't think that there are "Unanswered Prayers" it's just that sometimes the answer is "No".

Unfortunately, the wife and the song it's from 35 plus years ago while he was on call centaurs leaving his wife and three children, I think they were all daughters why he had an affair with another woman who was also a country artist. Who ended up divorcing his wife abandoning his children and marrying the woman he had the affair with.
