I have to admit, there is nothing mind blowing in any of these videos. THATS WHY I LOVE THEM. The fact that people (including me) need to hear the most basic logic stated to them so they can know what to do is amazing to me. Every one of those people knew what to do with their business, where they were weak and strong. BUT they needed to hear Gary tell them what they already knew. Love the straight forward, no bullshit talk from Gary.

The obvious answer is always to invest more into ads and really HIT THE PAVEMENT in your business. When I started my first real company 5 years ago, I had NO CASH FLOW, no idea what I was doing. In one year, IG was my MAIN source of conversion and FB was king for sponsored ads. Wish I knew then what I know now.

@@wearejungians Your website is real slow. If its dynamic consider caching it. That should improve your SEO rank about, write blog posts/make youtube videos, instagram, facebook, etc. Create a community around it, and inject your touches into it. Simple stuff. If you don't understand it learn it; no pain, no gain. It's not always easy, sometimes its hard for new concepts once you'll get familiar it will be easier to learn other aspects.

That´s what you call a money machine. It doesn´t always keep functioning at the same ROI if you dump more money into it but even if it falls to 580% (which would be pretty dramatic percentaje wise) I would still dump every penny I have in it.

This content is gold as it lets you see how unbelievably candid, convicted about strategies, and simple he makes it. Good reminder to position yourself as a partner to your clients, not an “agency” and trust rains down. But the most important part of the calculation is masked. His CTR is still kind of a question mark. You can potentially back into industry average which you see Gary doing but if it’s a particularly tough keyword he may be getting deflated impressions for $400 on google ads. 200 people is a solid CPC but the real story is the conversion as you see Gary kind of let go at 1:18 likely bc he didn’t want to stress the gentleman out. But that’s the smoking gun. Obviously he knows this duh I’m not at all advocating Gary made an error - I’m sure it was to not disrupt flow he kept it moving but if he has a relatively sophisticated product, average basket size being $88 on a service seems to qualify, then his conversions on $200 is going to be tiny. Not at all knowing the product, doubling down on google may not be the answer. It’s all insignificant with those numbers and diminishing - unless you Inject massive cash flow it might be better spent prioritizing social spend and keep google ads going for traffic. I’d love to hear the execution play out. More please thx content team!

i would love to learn more for my instagram, but i also feel its working amazing for me. Its just crazy because Ive always focused on Insta, and I met this one famous country rapping social media famous dude, we used to work together and he was the dude to help me out to get my foot in the door for country music. we had got into a conflict and he destroyed my paintings with a ar15 and a shotgun a viral video he had professionally made from his crew. He created a double edged sword when he destroyed my art and never paid for it. I messed up just because I thought I knew him that he wouldnt fuck me over and that he would pay for what he said he would pay for. But in all honesty, I got my first ever museum painting right now for Loretta Lynn. But I am also about to start working with a musician that that dude looked up to, to put my paintings on his designer clothing brand. But Instagram has been the best influence for my art. My money flow is just fucked up at the moment, just because when I started to frame again I fell 2 stories from a mansion while working even tho they had no worker comp forcing me to put more into my art and social media.
