@RiffGrimez29 күн бұрын
@@Patrick-mg3jp it was evident thru his side projects and then how korn sounded in his absence- that Head is a huge fore in korns sound. I feel like the 2 together in a room creates the magic experience we love them for…but yea head is that dude lol.

Korn are one of those rare bands where they have 2 guitarist and neither is lead.
@darylandcat24 күн бұрын
@@Patrick-mg3jp Head is great, but I for some reason have always preferred Munky. Hearing them independently of one another, Head’s solo stuff, and Munky alone on Korn III, was quite interesting. You get a better feel for what the two of them do and what they contribute. Could be my bias, but I’ve always gravitated more towards rhythm guitarists than lead. Head feels more like a lead role, while Munky feels more like the rhythm role.
@raulfigueroa58822 күн бұрын
Munky is the more creative of the two. Munky’s new project Venera is impressive. Most of what you hear is his guitar! Head is fantastic at melody but at this point I think Munky is the more diverse and technically better player. He even plays the solos now for example Another Brick In The Wall

@Kcutthth19 күн бұрын
I hope Mr Garza reads this comment. The reason why you feel like you are becoming more you when playing these other songs written by other people is because you are having to interpret the song. You are stepping into their shoes and navigating something that came natural and from within them and you are having to internalize that. When you do that you become more aware of what comes natural to you and you are more aware of it. Well that’s just my take anyway. I enjoy the podcast. Keep up the good content!
