Sir...[V(H2O)6]3+ is d2 then it should be labile.[Cr(H2O)6]3+ is d3 then it should be inert & [Cr(CN)6]4- is d4(HS) then it should be labile....but in above link they have given opposite .....I am confused...what is right?
