The dance moves of the standing Geoffs are an homage to the Big Four Monster movies. Frankenstein (arms out), Wolfman (slashing claws), Dracula (behind his cape) and The Mummy (arms wrapped in bandages). The dance becomes more elaborate as the song progresses

The guy that was the drunken sailor in Voiceplay's Drunken Sailor video, Bucky Buckner, choreographed the dance moves in this video. He also suggested to Geoff at this time about doing a video of the song Unshaken from the Red Dead Redemption 2 video game. So when Geoff finally did it Bucky was extremely happy. The beautiful lady is Geoffs wife Kathy.

This one was shot twice. The first time, the setting was a little creepier, the monsters all started out on the floor and the makeup was scarier. It was brilliant, but not as much "fun" as Geoff wanted. So they shot it again the next day. Their brilliant makeup artist wasn't available, so Kathy did the makeup for all four looks and herself.

I found this a couple of years back while searching for Halloween music. I figured *someone* must have done an updated version of Monster Mash. Well, hardly anyone, but this is so great, maybe it has scared off any other attempts! I really wish Geoff, or VoicePlay, would do Dead Man's Party, too.
