Addiction always takes you farther than you want to go, costs you more than you wanted to pay, and keeps you longer than you wanted to stay!

Shalom, Great Lesson to discuss "Addiction"

I am a Mental Health counselor and I have these exact discussions with clients frequently. I have told them the same message. This is very well spoken and it is awesome how God gives all of us the words to say. Through God's power people who I have never met can give the same lesson to the others. God is amazing. Very good discussion.

It would be great to have a Part 2, as mentioned below. My fiance died of an accidental fentanyl overdose 2 years ago on Nov. 21st He was introduced to drugs at age 11 and struggle through his entire youth with drug and alcohol abuse and incarceration. I won't get into the whole story right now, but I believe the shame of his addiction and the things he did because he was under the influence is what ultimately led to his death and I think that is something we need to talk about more. So many in the Lord's church are sitting in pews dying inside from the shame of current and past sin. I can speak for myself and my experience with abortion. How can we do more so that CHRISTIANs are not falling apart because of fear of vulnerability with sin? I think we talk a lot about people in the world, but what about those in Christ? Just a thought. Great episode btw~THANK YOU!:-)

Some people have medical conditions such immune system problems such as hypothyroidism, lupus, gout, and other problems that they have to take medication for the rest of their lives. People that use recreational drugs such as alcohol, marijuana, nicotine in cigarettes, cocaine, crack cocaine, unnecessary prescription drug painkillers, ecstasy, LSD, heroine, and other recreational drugs can become chemically dependent and addicted to chemical substances of their choices. People being drug FREE can help themselves be their good better best versions of themselves. God and Jesus Christ speak in their Holy Bible Old and New Testament Scriptures Book to be sober minded. People watching pornography causes them to repeatedly commit sexual adultery in their own hearts and minds that can lead to the physical sexual unfaithful adultery that ruin people’s marriages. People need to stay drug FREE and pornography FREE to live their good better best Christian lives or non Christian lives.❤️😇❤️😇👶✝️👑📖🙏
