Thanks for the video! I took the circuit board out and when I was reassembling it, it turned out to be a loose connection. I snapped everything into place tightly and voila! it works.

Is the white dot what tells you that the fuse is broken? I don't know enough about the circuit board to bypass the fuse. What are the chances the board is the problem? Thanks for the video! I have the same exact model (by the looks of it) and the same exact problem.

@@kad85742 The white dot is just a factor marking. If you are not getting power to to display, if you can try and bypass the fuse. That will definitely point you in the right direction. I have seen more board failures with GE dishwashers. It might be easier to just buy the board and take a chance. The next is the user. The new user you will have to set it to match your dishwasher’s model number. I also have a video on that. You will need to add the personality sequence. Keep me posted

You mentioned power restraint.is that attached to a circuit board? Mine has broken away from under the male end plugs into that female end that broke off do I have to replace circuit board or that female plug for the harness male end

Not sure if I understand what you’re saying. Your Diswasher should have a cord restraint. A clamp that holds the wire to the dishwasher . If you are talking about a connection on the main board that is broken off, yes you might need to replace the board. Unless you know how solder. Send me a picture, email it to be certain to what you are saying

Hello, thanks in advance, do know how to test the detergent dispenser from the board? I replaced the Ui board two months a go . Was getting power (14v) but no response, put a new one (UI) on and it solved that issue, it was working good for a while until the dispenser stop opening during cycle, i bench tested it and it worked fine, but still no function when put back together, i did a manual test with service mode, it worked well through the cycles, mine is 7 step test but the but detergent dispenser test fails. Any ideas? Or is it time for a new maim main board? Thanks again

I have a video somewhere on that actually. Not sure if it was uploaded. If you are getting power to it and it is not operating, sounds like it is bad. When you manually test it, do it 5-10 times and see if it completes all. They get stuck and stay shut. I’ll look for the video later. I’m on a service calls all day

@@appliancerepairshorts Hi, i was wondering if you could see if you can find the video on the detergent dispenser GE dishwasher? Bench test again and works every time, no fails, is it the main board that controls it and sends the 13v? Or maybe a thermistor or temp censor gone bad?
