the speaker and the warden weren’t used to their full potential at all the speaker dies way too early and the wardens don’t have a menacing presence story wise he’s kinda just dropped in our laps in that first encounter

I do miss the unique drone-bolstering move they had in gears 4, it gave them a reason to be there instead if just being a heavy weapons bullet sponge like in gears 5.

The wardens were my favorite enemies in gears 5. With other enemies on their side like juvies they were really challanging

The armored scions should return in gears 6 They had a good design and I really liked them I really hope they bring the breechshot back

Boomers were locust. Locust died and evolved into the swarm which are completely different

If locust drones evolved to scions after the cocoon process, shouldn’t there be Hundreds of thousands of scions. Like we have army’s of drones in gears 1-3 and then in gears 4, there’s no where near as many scions as there should be. And also, what did the boomers evolve into? Just some questions that kinda bug me when u look into the locust -> swarm process Another great video btw bro, can’t wait for gears 6 to drop in 70 years to see your vids on that G

At the end of gears 3, there wasn’t many locust drones compared to gears 1 era. The hollows were flooded and many savage locust and queens guard were killed. Yeah we need to know how the boomers and Kantus evolved! & thank you my friend!!

Man they need to go full out with the enemy designs and gameplay mechanics for the next gears. Tired of seeing the same drones slowly move towards you sponging bullets. I want to see the enemies react more dynamicaly to gun fire and have more character model damage, with a huge variety of unique enemies.

Personally I'm not a big fan of the Scion, the design was not bad but it kinda feels lazy cause it feels like they combined a Kantus and a Boomer in the sense that they are a bullet sponge that use heavy weapons and they can buff nearby enemies, why couldn't they have like some evolved Kantus like enemy and a evolved Boomer with sub classes such as the Grinder and Mauler

Personally I don’t mind the Scions, I just wish they made an evolved Kantus variation as well. The Scions variations could be a bit better though as they’re more difficult to distinguish.

To me, the Wardens are similar to the Jiralhanae (Brute) Chieftains seen within the ranks of The Covenant and Banished in the Halo games. They even fulfill a similar role to them as well.

As time goes on, I'm slowly realizing the two things I dislike about new gears that they could easily fix. More grit, and they need to bring back kantuses and even the corpsers and such. It feels like they wanted to make a new game but slap the gears logo on it
