Regarding the Jordan switching to their male form, it was understandable perfectly from the context, as well as the other time we have seen it for me at least. Their power seem to reflect how they treat those forms from an emotional standpoint. Jordan uses the male form when they feels they have to protect themselves, and the female form for when they have to stand up for themselves. You see that a little more where they are in their female form that they are a little more outspoken in social situations, but where they are a little more reserved in when in their male form. We saw that with their parents. The whole time they were in the male form, they simply took all their verbal abuse, but the second Jordan wanted to go on the attack, they switch to their female body and argued back. It was more than just putting it in their face, but also where they feel more comfortable with each form. In this scene with Marie, they are talking about fears, a major one for Jordan being rejection due to who they are. So, when Jordan moves in to kiss Marie, they shift to their male form because they feel it's easier to handle a potential rejection from the move in that form. Then when they are comfortable and sleeping at the end, they are in their female form because that fear of rejection has passed (at least for now) and they are more open and vulnerable. That's my take away from it, at least. They feels more comfortable doing certain things in certain bodies.

Like all of payback he is based on mainly a marvel character: iron man. Though they also added elements of batman by giving him a cave base and a series of teen sidekick with the same name. One theory I read was Cate did it, she's secretly a Vought plant and is working against all of them. She was assigned to keep Golden Boy on track, then assigned to Andre. Going off the world of The Boys, where most heroes end up being assholes, it would make sense one of the team is really a bad guy. Who knows, she could be the one that goes to The Seven and will be in The Boys season 4.

Jordan can switch between sexes but it doesn't seem like they has a strong preference for one sex or the other (They argued with them father precisely because they doesn't identify as male, but neither does he identify as female, which is why Jordan tells his father that he can be both and that he doesn't need to. stuck on one all the time). It is non-binary and therefore, it changes depending on how comfortable it is in each situation. Maybe Jordan doesn't like anal sex and that's why they changes to female when they is with a boy and maybe they likes penetrative sex when they is male. Maybe it's more because of his preference in sexual practice or maybe it's because they believes that Marie might feel more comfortable having sex with them as a male. Well Ruphie guy has to get his victims very close to him before he can drug them. Marie didn't get that close to anyone. She just blacked out. She would have had to get close to everyone there to affect them. Marie also looked surprised she found herself there in bed when she would remember if she did it on purpose. I think Aaron is right they had their memory wiped and placed back to their last memory before they went to the doctor's house. Jordan and Marie's last memory would be kissing. We'll see if they remember anything next episode.
