Actually with Jim Jones not everyone was considered an actual suicide. Because after a while people realized what was happening, and those who didn’t want to die were threatened, forced to commit “suicide”, or other members killed them.

But the majority were forced. Especially the children. It was truly a tragedy. There are some great documentaries about JJ with survivors that are truly chilling.
