I never realized how much of my own struggles might actually come from past generations. Watching this video opened my eyes to the idea of carrying pain that isn't just mine-it’s like it’s passed down. Knowing this makes me feel less alone, and I’m learning that healing myself might also help break cycles for future generations. Have any of you felt this way too? I’d love to hear your experiences or thoughts. Let’s share and support each other on this healing journey. #GenerationalTrauma, #HealingTogether, #DrGaborMate, #SelfHealing, #MentalHealth

Famine Irish descendants have a gene for this starvation & I’m 7th generation Irish through my maternal line. No love, no warmth, just cold survival strategists… no need to traumatize healthy mice plz

Thank you for sharing your perspective and experience. It’s truly interesting how our family histories can shape us in ways we may not even realize.

It's actually a spiritual problem and a trauma opens up the door to a demon and then a demon keeps going down the bloodline and tell somebody breaks the curse and gets delivered from that demon it will continue to keep going it's called a bloodline curse or a generational curse. And those demons open up the door to so many other demons it is a demonic spirit.
