For instance, Ki-Adi-Mundi's peeps, Cereans, they were literally humans with giant elongated foreheads that had another heart lodged in there. Togruta and Twi'leks function mostly the same as humans but their head tendrils go full alien.

Wookies or Gen'Dai would make much better *clone troopers* than humans if the GAR were pragmatic and not set up to fail. *Wookies* were already valued for their strength and technical ability, and with their long lifespans a doubling of the aging rate would still leave them with plenty of years of service - economically it makes more sense, 150 years of prime soldering instead of 15. And they could carry heavy weapons as side arms, the only issue was their fur and armour unless a bodystocking made it wearable… the most terrifying force may well be shaved Wookies in heavy armour, no one survives waxing a Wookie. And as for Gen'Dai - a army of them is unstoppable, your only hope is to destroy the troop transports in space. There's no other way to kill them except for catastrophic damage. Although both species are unsuitable as pilots due to their size, so Yoda's species with a accelerated aging mod would be suitable, if a template was found that had the skill and reflexes - their small size would increase ship performance and just act as a extra level of security, most species couldn't fit in to steal it. Throw in Clawdite infiltration and assassination teams that can operate behind lines and shapeshift into enemy leaders and you have a war winning force that could take down any opposition.

I've always figured Hutts and Yoda's species lived about the same length, roughly 10 times Human. So, a 50 year old Hutt would be like a 5 year old human child. 200 years would be likened to a 20 year old human adult. Yaddle was a respected, middle-aged 49(0). Jabba, in his 600's was the equivalent of a 60 or so year old Mafia Don. And Yoda, at 900, was a wizened 90 year old. Old even for his species.

Well obviously Yoda would have better medical care and an easier lifestyle, so he clearly should have lived longer in a universe where Palpatine died of a heart attack, Dooku set up an assassination contingency, at the end of the Clone Wars, or just died accidentally during Anakin crash landing half a space ship. Let alone its implied his level of force sensitivity made him get hard by the shock of Order 66 and elsewise was semi depressed afterwards, so he'd also be in better spirits.

Actually, in terms of his own species' age, Yoda died extremely young. Based on the knowledge that the Child is 50 years old and acts about 18 months old, we can conclude that Yoda, at 900 years old, died relative to 27-33 years old. This may be due to stress from the rise of the Empire or perhaps this is common and we just don't know enough about the species yet to make that conclusion.

Those numbers are based entirely on assumptions and no hard facts. Yoda looks ancient by a new hope, so if he died in the equivalent of his 30s or even 40s, why would he look that old? Yoda also reached rank of jedi master by 96 years old, that's only 46 years older than grogu, so there is obviously a massive growth jump they have in that time period.

What if, and here me out, Baby Yoda from the Mandalorian is actually the offspring of Yoda and Yaddle, Baby Yoda is around 50 years old so he would have been alive prior to the Clone Wars and there were cases like Ki-Adi-Mundi where reproduction was permitted for Jedi of certain races who needed to reproduce as much as possible or extinction was inevitable.

But why is technology not a bigger factor here? Why are only natural lifespans applicable? You would think that over the course of 30,000+ years, species like Humans would use biochemistry, cybernetics and/or genetic engineering to extend their lifespans. Especially since longer-lived species existed for comparison (and to increase a sense of competitiveness in the Humans).

What if superman was a sith? Hear me out, because i can make it work. In 22 BBY, the ship carrying baby Superman flies towards earth, passing count Dooku's solar sailor. He senses unimaginable power inside the kryptonian ship, and latches onto it with his own ship's tractor beam. Dooku quickly realizes that the child is not apparently force sensitive, but when he touches the sleeping child's hand, he awakes, grabbing Dooku's finger hard enough to nearly break it. Dooku gasps in pain. Sidious obviously finds out about this somehow, and Dooku brings him the child. Palpatine pretty much makes superbaby vanish, and things go the same until around 1bby. By this time, Superman would be 21, and would not only have his kryptonian powers, but he would also be an expert swordsman, and would have been fully corrupted by palpatine. I'll stop here, but if you like this idea feel free to use it
