Zard needs buffs for sure, but Flare Blitz killpower isn't one of them. It should NOT, however, CLANK with most projectiles. It should eat them. Maybe have some armor on it too. Bair needs to be safe on shield imo, and nair should have a better hitbox behind it so he has a safe OoS option behind him. I'd take nerfs on Ivy's dair and up air to see that all happen
