It's like I said in the video. Service primarily depends on the dealership - and those are hit or miss, depending on who you deal with

@rickelliott3277 hopefully things will improve as more stand-alone dealerships open up, and they learn from customer feedback.

I looked at a GV-80, but I can’t see paying that much for a car or SUV that’s not proven reliable enough for me yet. I have to go Lexus because it’s reliable and the service is second to none where I live.

Completely agree on Lexus! I'm a past and current Lexus owner and love their reliability and service!
