I am relatively new to your channel and I am watching your older videos from about 2 years ago where you were in a phase where you wanted clean lines and didn't think you would go back to antiques fast forward your back to loving antiques and thrifting and your crocks and jugs 😊. I'm enjoying your vlogs and decorating suggestions.

Congratulations on the new stay at home job. I am totally a homebody, also. But I will tell you you will miss the public and the interaction with others. I retired and said I was never gonna leave, just do grocery pickups and I would be good. Hang in there. It will be a blessing to be with Claire while she is so little.

It sounds like you have put Claire through what I used to do with my children. It was called the 3-day cure. They were diapered, fed cuddled for a while, and then put to bed. If they started to cry, we would let that happen and sure enough, by the third day, they slept. We loved it and my children developed a very healthy routine for all concerned.❤ Congrats on your new job!!❤❤

I’m an interior designer and I’ve worked from home for a year now. I do it part time for 3 companies (for the variety) and take care of my one year old. It can be exhausting but I thank the Lord every day I get to be home. I just recently left one job so I’ll have more time to devote to him and time to work on home projects. I’ll be homeschooling him though so there’s no going back to work for me for a long time. Life is so different than how I thought it would be, but I love it!

I wasn’t just going to leave my babies with someone I didn’t know and every one worked. We struggled financially. I look back on it and I think it would have been good for me to be around people and my babies. ❤❤ I think you are so blessed. A win win for your family

So happy for you. I don't know how anyone is living on one income, let alone building new houses and spending money all the time! You Tube is a paradise of spenders! (And I always wonder what their husbands do for a living!) We have three kids in NY, two full-time jobs and I'm about to take a 2nd job on the weekends. Please don't let anyone influence your thinking in any way. You are doing the very best for your family and I'm so glad it worked out for you. These are hard economic times. Hoping everything works out for you with finding another home. We looked for a year and fell in love with our home. We sold our farmhouse of 20 years (been married almost 22 years,) and found the right home in the right town, the right price, everything. It will happen!
