In this class, our focus is on elongating and engaging the side trunk and back muscles through gentle forward movements and twists. The postures that open the hips aid in mobilizing the body gently, establishing a connection with our foundation while maintaining a sense of ease, even when channeling increased energy.
Sometimes we just want a quiet practice that helps us breathe into all the important energy centers. Enjoy!

Hi Emma, try supporting the knees to relax the groin until it feels like it’s unsticking. Then lower the support after some time. Namaste, Kathy
