My wife of 18 years left me. She tells me she is trying to heal and find a way to come back after the damage I've caused. I take full responsibility for all of it. I broke my wife. I will never give up on us. I've taken steps to changing myself, but i know i need to know more and become unteathered and bulletproof. I conquered an addiction and am taking steps to get back on track of my own life. But i still want more for myself and my family and my wife. My wife and I are currently splitting our belongings and selling our house with the hope in the future to get back together. She wants us i believe, but there is massive resistance at this time. Another great interview! What hit home for me is that it all starts with me. This is the biggest lesson for me in all the videos I have been watching on this channel. I spent so long waiting for life and other people to make my life better and instead it just got progressively worse. Now that I am applying the tidbits I get from here, I can already see situations playing out differently in my life and it makes me want to do the program even more. Thanks so much for this Geoff.

Hi Geoffrey and co. I have been looking at your videos a while now, and it has really helped me. I am doing my best to focus on the process. I have one question, if anyone can give me some advise. Should I continously, choosing good moments, try to engage with my (insert correct term here) even though she wants space and does not want to talk to me outside of things like houshold plans? Examples; asking how she feels at work or how her day was. Or should I wait? I know that getting back togheter is not a topic to bring up right now, but the examples I would think is ok, or am I wrong? Any feedback would be grately apreciated.

Just learn (whether by watching the videos or joining the program) that the most important thing about this situation's is that you need to have the right processes not for the outcome. but before of all of this you have to let go of the victim mindset and understand that you still don't know anything and that's where the journey starts. keep pushing but understand something, "you can't solve problems with the same mindset or definitions that brought you those same exact problems." so learn first and don't be impatient. just follow the right process.
