@@amriaye7593 you should take a listen to MORISSETTE AMON LAMAR mate she's absolutely brilliant, she's like so easy on the ears with a personality to die for, for a Filipino her English enunciation in her songs is perfection, the only problem is she is an independent artist who won't submit to the big corporate music industry in fear of not being allowed to be herself which unfortunately is not based on talent anymore but rather image based, she's an old school singer despite only being 27yrs old, she mesmerises an audience with her whole persona, personality, charisma with a voice that no one can even come close to 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

true... while george michael was trying to stay alive in this industry, he became so superficial investing in the careers of these terrible singers today!!! One thing I know George Michael once said he wanted to be remembered as the greatest singer of romantic music... and that's how I see him!!!! The first time I heard this version was an early morning in summer 2017. My ex-husband and I went down to the hotel's breakfast room. We were the first to arrive and exactly as we stepped in, the music started and it was exactly this song. The message I felt was that, after 40 years, it was time to part ways. It's now almost seven years ago that we finally broke up and extra sad because we didn't even argue. We still call each other every week but definitely don't feel like we're going to be a couple again.

He said that everything was perfect about the music that night... his voice, his breathing, and the band. He stated that he'd never spoken to his mother from the stage before but he did that night and that was the last time she seen him perform before she died. The original singing artist is Rita Coolidge; who wrote it I don't know. He DELIVERED w/great INTENT, to me, extremely...masterful and professional NO DOUBT!!! Here is the moment he'd said "Hi, Mom." VERY TOUCHING-THIS SONG and his gesture to her. You know whats sad? It seems as if your talents shine the most when your heart (soul) is falling apart. 😢 He had the voice of an angel

Hadn't listened to this song in a while and even though I've played it hundreds of times in the past I'm sat here crying my eyes out listening to it. I think it's the most beautiful performance of a song I've ever heard. George's voice and the way he gets the emotion of the lyrics across is just magical. I so wish he was still with us but so thankful he existed

Agree! No vocal gymnastics or runs, just a phenomenally talented singer plying his craft. He's really feeling those lyrics.

If you like this song, you MUST hear Shawn Colvin sing it with Bruce Hornsby, her voice is exquisite and though I wasn't a big fan of GM, he did a great job on this song. Two songbirds with boundless talent
