When I was a child my mother would sometimes purchase baklava from an old Turkish man who had a booth at the farmer's market (Hamilton, Canada). It was fantastic. The man seemed to never age, and I bought some coffee from him to make at home as an adult. Equally delicious. He must be 100 by now, but I hope he's still around and just as youthful as ever.

When you said you had to win ice-cream, i laughed out loud because as a Turkish for 31 years, i haven’t seen anybody ever won that game. 🤣 our ice-cream’s sticky texture (comes from orchid roots) makes it impossible to take it from the seller. It’s a lost game from the beginning just like claw machines. But it is funny to try.

Yeah They are everywhere. For example m ore than 40 cats lived in front of my old house😅. Because my neighbor loved and fed him a lot. Where I live now, a neighbor of mine has 30 dogs in front of his house, but his dogs are very big and aggressive. Actually, it needs to be more respectful because it bites dogs. I'm happy there are so many cats around, but dogs.. I like dogs but when they don't attack

As a weeb, this is amazing. Not many japanese people in Turkey. I wish i could go to Japan too. The streets in Japan are something else, they are fascinating. I really dream of...just walking through the streets.

I am really happy that you love our country. Actually, our country is perfect, but with the recent earthquake and immigration problem, people are not as happy as they used to be. The economy is not good, apart from that, our country is worth seeing in every way, but most of the people are unhappy because of such bad events. Thanks for visiting Turkey George! ❤

Very nice video. Thank you for introducing us well. All Turks know and say how organized, hardworking and honest the Japanese are. Even old people are the same. We even have an excellent Turkish writer. I saw Mehmet Akif Ersoy, the author of our national anthem, talking about the honesty of the Japanese in his book. 100 years ago! So you were always like this

Turkish coffee fortune telling is not like that. After turning the coffee cup upside down, you shake the cup slowly for a while. Then again you turn it upside down and look at the distribution of the coffee grounds in the glass and look at the images it evokes. Thanks for the video.
