I made this today and it was truly delicious. It reminded me of the oyakodon I had in Tokyo at "Oyakodon Senmonten Marukatsu". I couldn't find Mitsuba but I replaced it with coriander stems. Shichimi adds such a good flavour which I think is essential for the dish. Thanks so much for this recipe!

I like more your old way of making videos ... they were very different than normal youtube food channel this new approach that you show ingredient at the beginning and ask the viewer to watch it till the end .... but at least you kept the Ashiiiiiii .... that was fun ....

I've never made Oyakodon before, and I can tell right now the challenge for me will be to get the eggs correctly cooked. You only live once, so I'll have to give this a try. Arigato Chef George 🙏👍
