What most people fail to understand is that policemen are human too. I would definitely be pissed if people were throwing rocks and fireworks at me while I’m just doing my job.
@kinngrimm3 күн бұрын
Maybe so, still they need to show restrain and professionalism. Also as recorded, the man who was beaten close to being paralysed, he did not throw stones, he just took pictures. How is it, that the police is more concerned about pictures being taken than protecting citziens? From the looks of it, that police force would be more fitting to a fascist state, a dictatorship than a democracy. So please don't cry us a river over poor police. If they don't want to be seen as the bad guys, maybe they shouldn't act like those.

@ that reporter was not wearing anything that indicated he was a reporter. all he had was a microphone, which cant be seen in a situation like that. The others were spared because they had massive cameras on their shoulders. As a member of the press he should have known to wear something that indicates that he’s a member of the press. These protests aren’t peaceful. Have you seen peaceful protests where fireworks are hurdled at policemen?

@@kinngrimm We have all seen how the Nations in the West handle protesters aye... or maybe you havent..
@kinngrimm3 күн бұрын
@@MrCykotickiwi Oh its "the west" now ^^. If you don't look at nations individually, then you allready have missed the biggest of cultural attributes of what you seem to despise. Are there at times violent protests, sure, but usually its not the police who goes about it that way and if they do, usually they face consequences afterwards. You don't know what i have seen or not so maybe don't even go there. Making it personal is just showing me that you don't have an argument to start with. You also haven't disputed any of the points i made initially, so i gather i was correct in my statements no matter how much you try to deflect.
