Looks good. I made an Alsatian version that was very good. It was vinegar based and not mayonnaise. I will have to try this version too.

I think from a german few we call your version, Wurstsalat (Sausage Salad). Bavarian Wurstsalat or with Cheese we call it Swiss Wurstsalat. We will make a video about this too soon.

Ist es nicht fantastisch, dass wir mit sowas grottenschlechten Geld verdienen und dabei noch die Leute glücklich machen? Wir sind aber immer Dankbar für solch konstruktive kritik die uns besser macht.
