Наконец то нашла прекрасные занятия , где все по теме , без слов , только мкзыка и упражнения . Невозможно заниматься когда у тренера рот не закрывается , а в этих упражнениях прям гармония для меня ❤

Спасибо за тренировки! У меня уже большой плей-лист именно с вашими занятиями ,у них оптимальный формат . Темп чуть низковат для меня , но в чем проблема ускориться ? :) В остальном - все супер!

Но если вам хочется немного ускориться, то вы можете пропустить некоторые упражнения или выполнять их более интенсивно.
