No one tells you this for free but you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose the FAT that's covering the abs. You can do all these workouts and then some but if you are choking down McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King on the regular, these wont help. Just saying.

Idk, I think it’s different for everyone. I’m on a calorie surplus and I do abs everyday. (It’s mainly what you eat.)

@@Gym.1Bending over and raising your body up is what is exercising the torso muscles. You can increase muscle mass by exercise doing that and using a weight will increase the effectiveness... BUT... you can still get results by just touching your toes on a daily basis.

No sé si se pueda conseguir en tan solo 4 semanas abdominales así, lo que si, si quieres estar más cerca de lograrlo y más rápido aún debes combinar el entrenamiento con una buena dieta. *No se van a ver esos grandes abdominales si están siendo tapados por la grasa.*

Some say few reps some say 6-8 some say 8-12 etc. Who should y listen 2 ? Its a jungle out there where most have diffrent view on how to train. Is there a correct way? Dont think so. Its individual what works on your body so y have to experimemt.

NO!! Out Dated exercises that have been scientifically proven to not even develop the abs, like leg raises!! Proven waste of time good aerobics, bad ab exercise1 Apologize, delete this video go back, and research, maybe watch some DR.Gains videos , and come back, OK???? You guys do realize the reason you don't have abs is because there's too much fat around your mid section, and not because you don't do enough ab work outs.... Go lose fat, you'll all have abs.
