Thanks to you I now finish almost every workout with 10 minutes snatches session. Of course I switch hands multiple time and occasionally put it down for a few seconds (don’t tell anyone 🤫)

I've been quite inspired by your recent snatch series. Because of this I recently managed 199 reps with the 12kg in 10 mins, with 1 hand switch! Do you have any kind of process for progressing your snatch capability? Different kinds of workouts? Can you share it?
