I was just discharged from the hospital and happened to run across this video and actually motivated me. I was able to do the workout on my pace and felt really good that I was able to finish the whole workout. I will do it again tomorrow. Thank You!!!

Hello Lucy.. I just wanna say BIG THANK YOU to you for this workout! Even though it's called an "intensive workout", I don't feel so. It fits perfectly for a beginner (I have not been doing a proper workout for the past year) like me who is very much afraid of squads for exercise. However, I know my body will love squads again in time to come when it has collected enough stamina for it. I had to drop the intensity for the last 5 mins but all good- will get there soon. When I started these during lockdown I struggled with completing the 7 minute routines and now I do 15 min easily. Age and health issues mean I'll never be training for the Olympics but they weren't on my bucket list anyway. Nice the princesses could join us today.

this was the first time ive done a lucy workout in a long time. i work at a desk 9-5 - this was exactly what i needed. definitely will do it again and try the 15 min workout in my lunch break sometimes to help keep me moving.

This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. I exercise 6 times a week and I look forward to it. You do keep it interesting with all the different moves. I am waiting to see results. I'm sure I will eventually.

This is the best video exercise program l have seen that is good for seniors. I am a challenged physically after having back and knee surgery but some of them l can do that l am sure will help me to loose the pounds l put on lately . Maybe you can put on a video that would be appropriate for persons with challenges. Keep up the good work❤

That was fun. I use your workouts at the top and take if my day. Morning is your original 7 min ab class along with weights and swim. Arvo will be this workout alternated with your 15 min one to get moving after sitting all day 🤗❤️
