20 Minute Walk at Home Workout designed with Exercises to Lose Belly Fat. This easy-to-follow home workout is about reducing visceral belly fat for better health. The workout uses a mix of Indoor Walking Weight loss exercises and Standing Abs.
In the video, I explain that to lose belly fat, you must also focus on a healthy diet, portion sizes, and consistent exercises.
Please note that we all need belly fat and this is not about getting a 6-pack this is simply about helping to reduce visceral belly fat for better health.

WHAT IS VISCERAL BELLY FAT:
Visceral belly fat, also known as visceral adipose tissue (VAT), is a type of body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity. This fat surrounds several vital organs, including the liver, stomach, and intestines. Unlike subcutaneous fat, which is located just beneath the skin, visceral fat is deeper and not as easily seen or pinched.
Understanding about belly fat is important because of its significant impact on overall health. Managing and reducing visceral fat through lifestyle changes can lead to improved health outcomes and reduced risk of chronic diseases.

I was just discharged from the hospital and happened to run across this video and actually motivated me. I was able to do the workout on my pace and felt really good that I was able to finish the whole workout. I will do it again tomorrow. Thank You!!!

this was the first time ive done a lucy workout in a long time. i work at a desk 9-5 - this was exactly what i needed. definitely will do it again and try the 15 min workout in my lunch break sometimes to help keep me moving.

I had to drop the intensity for the last 5 mins but all good- will get there soon. When I started these during lockdown I struggled with completing the 7 minute routines and now I do 15 min easily. Age and health issues mean I'll never be training for the Olympics but they weren't on my bucket list anyway. Nice the princesses could join us today.

Hello Lucy.. I just wanna say BIG THANK YOU to you for this workout! Even though it's called an "intensive workout", I don't feel so. It fits perfectly for a beginner (I have not been doing a proper workout for the past year) like me who is very much afraid of squads for exercise. However, I know my body will love squads again in time to come when it has collected enough stamina for it. I just finished this workout. I normally do the 15minute ones. This actually went by so quickly..I love the timer at the side of the screen. Also love your pants ❤

This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. I exercise 6 times a week and I look forward to it. You do keep it interesting with all the different moves. I am waiting to see results. I'm sure I will eventually.

This is the best video exercise program l have seen that is good for seniors. I am a challenged physically after having back and knee surgery but some of them l can do that l am sure will help me to loose the pounds l put on lately . Maybe you can put on a video that would be appropriate for persons with challenges. Keep up the good work❤

I’m so glad I found you did it for the first time I’m 85. My speed was slow but I was able to keep up. I love all the moves and my Heart rate didn’t go up maybe next time

Dear Lucy, I do appreciate these new workouts with the 20 seconds ab excercises in between, especially the cardio ab punches! I am also fond of your running combined with abs workouts! That was fun. I use your workouts at the top and take if my day. Morning is your original 7 min ab class along with weights and swim. Arvo will be this workout alternated with your 15 min one to get moving after sitting all day 🤗❤️

Thanks for the fun videos I have a short attention span these days and these are great because you change the exercise so fast - I love it! Also I'd really love you to make some shelf stairs so your cat can climb up and sit up there and watch you! It's obvious she wants to be with you😺😺♥️
