Morning Lucy 👏 🙌 ❤️ 😘 I did this workout at 6.30 am. I was told a few months ago that I have damaged lymphatic system and no cure. I wear compression now but doing your workout really help me with swelling but this upload worked my arms alot as I was holding them upright and after shower 🚿 and dry brushing the swelling on my arms and legs improved so much as this workout really got my lymphatic system moving, thank you 😘 🤗 ❤️ 😇

Hi Lucy. I just started following you about 2 months ago. I’ve started being consistent only for 2 weeks now. I love this workout and I’m so glad I found your KZbin posts. I have been sedentary for a while but your workouts are amazing. I’m 61 years young and thought my pains were part of life. Your workouts are making my body aches go away. A new favorite! I loved it. The compound moves, length, side steps, timer bar, countdown clock. Time flew by! Clocked 291 calories 🔥 and 1,616 steps. Thank you for the new April challenge! I'll do my best to up my daily step count. 🙂

Good morning Lucy I have just done and thoroughly enjoyed it. 20mins zoomed past and I did 2700 steps. How amazing to just put arms above head to stretch the stomach, that was so informative. As I am short of time in the morning due to work/school run I prefer shorter workouts but as today is Good Friday a great way to start the long weekend off. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤🙏

Great workout. Im in prerehab for a knee surgery and trying to build up my strength to endure the recovery. I did 1.6k steps and .7 miles with this workout and even have a little sweat. I feel good; thanks Lucy!

1.3 miles and 230 active calories. Not bad for 20 minutes. I love the timer and the counting bar. It would be nice to have a PIP for next move. Thank you Lucy! I love your short and effective videos! Gives me motivation to keep it up!

I’ve done 2263 steps. Great workout as I’m recovering from a tibial plateau fracture, which I needed surgery where I had a plate and 6 screws.

I have been following your workout for couple years now, I have downloaded so many of your workout videos, I started again after couple months of break in February 2023,this Monday I was not sure what type of workout I wanted to do and just saw this video and started doing this I feel amazing,I am going to do this on 2 times a day for 1 week.
