Fantastic training which targets the full body.
Get in, do the work and go about the rest of your day. If your training becomes a vessel with which you can release your energy in a raw and unfiltered way - then you know you are onto something.
Actually there are a few seconds of camera, because my phone overheated. That is why not the whole 20 minutes are on video.
