Farhan Ahmed no offense man! He used to be my favorite KZbinr, but he has misguided ms alot, see his videos, in almost every video he has said something or the other wrong and many of his Nutrition Philosophies and Training Philosophies are not correct. Although he is doing great work but what's wrong is wrong, so, if it comes to ranking, content is what WHICH matters, and according to me Abhinav Mahajan, Beer Biceps, Shreyas Kamath these are few one of the BEST KZbinrs in India, for content (of Exercise Science and Nutrition science). Although i am still not agreeing with all of them 100% as I advocate Full Body Workout for Naturals instead of Bro Spilts

You are proving again and again that you're probably the best Indian Fitness KZbinr BTW, I'll always suggest to not go below 12% bf and focus on growing your muscles so much that you body looks lean at 12-15% bf, which is heathy range, going below it isn't good and healthy, God Bless

सर मेरा बॉडी वेट 70 kg है पूरी बॉडी पे फैट नही है सिर्फ पेट पे है मुजे बिल्कुल 0 करना है abs के लिए प्लीज suggest करे मैं एक्सरसाइज इवनिंग म करता हु जॉब मैं हु इसलिए,मैं इस टाइम थोडा कार्डियो जैसे साइकिलिंग ओर जॉगिंग करता हु उसके बाद day by day जैसे one डे चेस्ट, सेकंड डे ट्राइसेप्स फिर नेक्स्ट डे बाइसेप्स, नेक्स्ट डे बैक ओर शोल्डर ,4 दिन abs करता हु मेरी डाइट सुबह 4 वाइट एग्स,1/2कप ओट्स,8 almonds, one स्कूप प्रोटीन with मिल्क1/2 लीटर ओर मल्टीविटामिन कैल्शियम , उसके बाद 10 बजे भीगे चने, उसके बाद लंच 1 बजे 1 रोटी एक woul उबली सब्जी उसके साथ 4 वाइट एग्स ओर 30 मिंट बाद ओमेगा 3, उसके बाद 3 बजे प्रोटीन ओर carb एक स्कूप वाटर के साथ उसके साथ almonds, काजू,अखरोठ, फिर सामको एक्सरसाइज 30 मिनट पहले arginine 2 टेबलेट उसके बाद prewokout ओर क्रेटीन मिक्स 15 मिनट पहले उसके बाद BCAA एक्सरसाइज के साथ after excersice के बाद प्रोटीन और carb मिक्स शेक उसके 30 मिंट बाद एक बाऊल उबली सब्जी उसके बाद मिल्क
